How do I join?
Create an account. That’s the whole process, and it earns you 100 Points on the way in.
Do I earn Points on orders I’ve already placed?
Yes. If you’ve ordered from us before, we’ve backdated them. Sign in and they’ll be waiting.
I ordered as a guest. Where are my Points?
Points need an account to live in. Create one using the same email you ordered under and they’ll find their way to you.
Can I use Points on Outlet pieces?
No. Points apply to orders over $100 and don’t stack with other discounts, so Outlet is the one place they don’t work.
What happens if I return something?
The Points come off with the refund, the same way the payment does.
Do Points expire?
Not today. If that ever changes, we’ll tell you well before it happens, not after.
Can I give my Points to someone else?
No — they’re tied to your account. The referral link is the part that’s yours to share.
Why is it capped at $30 an order?
Because we make in small runs at honest margins, and a cap is what lets us keep the program open to everyone rather than quietly shutting it when it gets expensive.
