MIRA is our extra-oversized boyfriend jersey, drawn long. Deep charcoal, cut wide and easy, with a light blue raglan stripe running shoulder to cuff and a light blue rib at the V-neck and wrists. Sport shape, nothing sporty about it — the roomiest thing you own, with sleeves to match.
Mira is a star. It swells and dims over eleven months — bright enough to name, then gone, then back again. For years astronomers assumed something was wrong with it. Nothing was wrong with it. It just wasn't going to be one thing for anyone's convenience.
Cut on the same block as FLO and ROJA, from 160gsm GOTS-certified organic combed cotton jersey — the mid-light weight that carries from summer into layering season. The OD script sits small across the chest. Nothing across the back.

The OD Cut Guide
Cut extra-oversized, on the same block as FLO and ROJA, drawn long. Take your usual size for the intended slouch, or size down one for a neater fit.
We make small runs because we'd rather sell out than write off. 30 of MIRA exist. When they're gone, we don't reprint — the next episode is already in the works, and the point of an episode is that it ends.
It's not a tactic. Overproduction is the single biggest problem in this industry, and the only honest way a small label avoids contributing to it is to make less than it thinks it can sell.
ROJA is designed to be worn extra-oversized. If you want that wide, easy boyfriend line, buy your true size. If you'd prefer it less roomy, size down one.
Worth knowing: on this cut, most people land a size smaller than they expect. XS and S are our two biggest sizes on the extra-oversized block — it runs generous.

Measurements are point to point on the flat garment, in centimetres. They include a little extra length and width to allow for natural shrinkage, so MIRA stays comfortable after washing.
The easiest way to find your size: take a piece you already own and love the fit of, lay it flat, and compare it to the numbers above.
160gsm GOTS-certified organic combed cotton jersey — the mid-light weight that does everything. Combed cotton is spun from longer, smoother fibres, so it's softer against the skin and wears longer than standard cotton.
Light enough to wear on its own through a Byron autumn, easy enough to layer when it turns. The 2×1 rib at the neck and cuffs is what stops an oversized long sleeve going shapeless at the edges — it's the difference between a piece that holds its line for five years and one that droops in six months.

Washing inside-out matters more on this one than most. The light blue rib and the chest print both sit on the outside of the garment, and cold water inside-out is what keeps the contrast sharp.

Is MIRA unisex?
Yes. It's cut on our unisex boyfriend block. The AU sizes in the guide are given as a reference point because most of our customers size that way — if you usually wear men's sizing, size down one.
How does it compare to FLO and ROJA?
Same block, same 160gsm fabric, same extra-oversized fit. MIRA is the long-sleeve version. If you own FLO or ROJA, take the same size.
Will it shrink?
It's pre-shrunk, and the measurements already include a little extra length and width to allow for natural settling. Cold wash and line dry and it'll hold its fit.
Why is the sleeve so long?
Because that's the point. It's cut to sit past the wrist and over the back of the hand. Push it up if you'd rather — the 2×1 rib cuff will hold it there.
Is the print on the back too?
No. The OD script sits small across the chest. Nothing across the back.
Is it made in Australia?
It's designed and printed in the Byron Bay hinterland. The cotton is grown, woven and assembled offshore under GOTS certification. We say it plainly because we'd rather be accurate than flattering.
Will you make more?
No. Episodes don't get reprinted. When this run is gone, it's gone.
