JOY is our heavyweight organic cotton Christmas tee in hibiscus red — a full circle of festive symbols printed in off-white across the chest, on the roomiest, easiest cut we make. Named for the thing that actually flowers here at Christmas. Made in kids 2 through to adult 3XL, so the whole lot of you can wear the same thing and nobody has to pretend they chose it.

JOY is cut oversized and boxy — roomy through the body with a dropped shoulder that sits well down the arm. For that full relaxed look, take your true size. If you'd prefer it less roomy, size down one.
Kids run 2 to 14, adults XS to 3XL. There's a step between the two — a kids 14 measures 50cm across the chest, an adult XS measures 58cm. If you're between them, take the XS and wear it the way it's cut, which is loose.
At 220gsm it holds its shape rather than clinging, so it reads structured rather than slouchy on the body.
If you already own SOL, take the same letter — JOY's chest measurements are within a centimetre. It's just 12cm longer in the body, because SOL is cropped and this isn't.

There is a step between kids 14 and adult XS — 50cm across the chest against 58cm. If you are between them, take the XS and wear it loose, which is how it is cut.
Measurements are point to point on the flat garment, in centimetres. They include a little extra length and width to allow for natural shrinkage, so JOY stays comfortable after washing. JOY is designed to be worn oversized — take your true size for a relaxed slouch fit, or size down one for something closer to the body.
The easiest way to find your size: take a tee you already own and love the fit of, lay it flat, and compare it to the numbers above.
220gsm GOTS-certified organic cotton — the heavyweight. Most tees sit between 140 and 180gsm, which is why they go thin and see-through at the shoulders inside a year. 220 is noticeably more substantial in the hand, holds its shape through the wash, and gives the print a surface worth printing on.
Hibiscus red is a warm, slightly dusty red rather than a bright Christmas one — closer to the flower it's named after than to wrapping paper. It'll still be wearable in March.
The kids sizes are cut from exactly the same cloth. No lighter weight, no shortcut — the ones most likely to spend the day in the sand get the same tee you do.
Certified organic all the way back to the soil it grew in — GOTS covers the growing, the processing and the working conditions, audited independently at every stage. Pre-shrunk, so what comes out of the wash is what went in.

What does "Limited Episode" mean?
Each piece we release is part of a one-off capsule made in limited runs. Once a size sells out, that Episode doesn't come back in the same form. We do it this way to avoid overproduction and to make every drop feel intentional.
Do the kids sizes come in the same tee?
Yes — same 220gsm GOTS-certified organic cotton, same cut, same print, same hibiscus red. Kids run 2 to 14, adults XS to 3XL, all on this page.
Which kids size should I get?
Take their usual size for the intended relaxed fit. If they're between sizes, go up — it's cut loose anyway and you'll get another summer out of it.
My child is between a kids 14 and an adult XS. There's a real step there — 50cm across the chest versus 58cm. We'd take the adult XS and let them wear it oversized, which is how it's cut.
How should JOY fit?
It's cut oversized and boxy with a dropped shoulder. Take your true size for that full relaxed look, or size down one if you want it closer to the body.
Is 220gsm heavy for a tee?
Yes, deliberately. Most tees sit between 140 and 180gsm. 220 holds its shape, holds the print and doesn't go sheer at the shoulders. It's still a tee, not a sweatshirt — you'll be fine wearing it in December.
How red is hibiscus red?
Warm and a little dusty, not bright. Closer to the flower than to a Christmas bauble, which is why it still works in February.
Is it unisex?
Yes — JOY is cut as a relaxed unisex slouch boyfriend tee in every size, kids and adults. One cut, no boys' and girls' or men's and women's version.
Will the print crack?
It shouldn't. Water-based ink sits in the fibre rather than as a plastic film on top of it, so it moves with the cotton. Wash inside-out and don't iron over it.
Will it shrink?
It's pre-shrunk, and the measurements already allow for natural shrinkage. Cold wash and line dry to keep both the fit and the fabric at their best.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
If you order before our posting cutoff of 18th Decemeber, yes. After that, there's always an OD gift card — it arrives in about thirty seconds.

Designed and printed in the Byron Bay Hinterland. Made in a renewable-energy-powered factory audited to strong social and sustainability standards.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Return your original size within 30 days of delivery and we'll exchange, subject to availability. Because Episodes are limited, sizes sell out quickly — reach out before returning if you'd like us to hold your new size.
